Different account between ChatGPT and my profile

Portal Error Message

Description of the problem

You are logged in as a different user than the one used on ChatGPT. Consider logging in to the right account.

If you are seeing this error message while going to your Profile Portal it's most likely because you are authenticated with two different accounts on ChatGPT and your Profile Portal.


To fix this issue you must make sure to use the same account on ChatGPT than on your Profile Portal.

To do so, follow these steps:

Uninstall the plugin
Reinstall the plugin
You will be redirected to the Authorization portal
If not logged-in, loggin with the account you wish
Click on Authorize and wait to get redirected to ChatGPT

Congrats! Your ChatGPT account is now the same as your Profile Portal account.
